About Sharee

SHAREE WADDLE has been a consistently succesful Real Estate Broker since 1976. She was a top producing agent each and every year during her association with an independent office during the 1970s and early '80s. She joined ERA in 1987 and was the top producer every year in her office. At the end of 1992, she decided to affiliate with RE/MAX College Park Realty and has been there ever since, being joined in the last few years with her son, Bill Waddle.

RE/MAX is a '90s concept Real Estate corporation with an elaborate networking system both nationally and internationally that is forging ahead with the latest technology as we embark on the Millenium. RE/MAX College Park Realty has over 200 agents and is well represented in the local community, with offices in Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, and Long Beach.

Sharee has consistently earned membership into the prestigious 100% CLUB each year with RE/MAX and in 1998 & 1999 earned membership into the elite PLATINUM CLUB, making her among the top 1% in productivity nationwide. Sharee was inducted into the 'HALL OF FAME' IN 1999 (A once in a lifetime award). Sharee holds the CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist); the highest designation awarded to agents in the residential sales field, as well as the prestigious GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute).

Sharee's son Bill is a '95 graduate of the University of Oregon (the Ducks). Bill has been a licensed real estate agent since 1997, working full time while also completing his Master's Degree at CSULB. Sharee is very proud to be working with her son as her Mother, Mary who is now retired, was proud to have Sharee work with her. With three generations of realtors and a combined experience of over forty-six years you cannot go wrong - what a team!

RE/MAX COLLEGE PARK

RE/MAX College Park is a full-service office that is open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. There are no trainees. All agents (approximately 190+) are full time agents.

We have a professional staff that answers phone calls during office hours. These would be calls from other agents regarding listed properties, clients who are calling specific agents, and inquiries from sign or ad calls. This staff is also there to assist all agents and their clients as the need arises. There are private conference rooms available for these clients and agents.

Sign and ad calls are forwarded directly to the listing agent, who is best suited to sell the listing rather than having another agent use the call to "switch" the caller to another property, possibly their own listing.

Our voice-mail system allows continued coverage during after-hours. Agents are then able to pick up all incoming messages at any time of the day or night.

Our team of 190+ top producing agents will be introduced to your property at the weekly meeting where we will have a picture of your property shown and described on the movie screen. Your property will be put on what is called 'Broker Preview' within one to two weeks after it has been listed. Refreshments are served by the listing agents. This is a
pleasant and effect way to market a new listing to all the real estate agents in the district.

RE/MAX College Park has four offices. One first office is located in Los Alamitos, our second in Long Beach, our third in Seal Beach, our fourth and newest addition is in Lakewood.

Advertising and networking with other agents is a key to promoting and providing your home for maximum visibility and a high profile. All listings in this office of over 160+ full-time agents, with their broad base of clients, will be highlighted many times throughout the course of the sale period.

Our office also receives many relocation referrals through our state-wide and national relocation networking system.
